About Us
AFRIFAMUACAA, The African Community Achievement Award is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles California advocating for an integral inclusion of the immigrant communities through our cultural exposition used as a tool to enhance the mental well-being of many immigrants.
We are committed to empowering our community with the social responsibility to engage in innovative and effective social change.
Besides being involved in the support of Immigrants at the border, we are hugely in the community housing, job search, food, and clothing for African immigrants who need help in Los Angeles, each year we also organize award events to commemorate and honor Many young men and women of African descent and non-African descent who have been involved in community growth in one way or the other either through education, real estate, finance, innovation etc.
This event in itself is glamorous because it brings artists, celebrities, and international communities together under the umbrella of cultural promotion and exchange. This event also creates an opportunity for interested parties to become engaged and exchange needs and desires for collaboration. AFRIFAMU in collaboration with ACAA is proud to salute the selflessness of these African men and women who serve their communities with pride.
