Mountaga Keita is a Guinean born Inventor, founder and CEO of Tulip Industries Limited since 2014.

He has revolutionized lately the African high tech Industry by innovating a world-class and multi Award-winning interactive green kiosks, which target public and private sector, Government, education, health and security segments.

He was a laureate of the 2017 Guinean digital week. recognized in Rwanda by the African Innovation summit as one of the 50 best innovations in Africa for 2018.

In late 2018 he received from the African Intellectual property organization the prestigious world intellectual property organization WIPO, Global Medal for the contribution of his innovations to his country's socio-economic development. And recently he received three distinguish Awards at the Geneva International Invention fair. The French Invention Association Gold Medal, the European Inventors Association Award, and the Geneva fair Gold Medal, the European Inventors Association Award, and the Geneva fair Gold Medal in the technology category.

Before 2014, Mountaga Keita was a US banker and international project manager based in Washington DC. He has more than 10 years of experience in advising investors concerning investment-related matters.
For many years he was a senior personal banker at Bank of America Corp. In the state of Maryland and manger at SunTrust Bank Inc. in Washington DC.

Mr. Keita has represented numerous high net worth investors and government officials in international investment and trade matters ranging from strategic consulting, financing and the management of legal risk to the negotiation of an investment project agreement. Mr. Keita was educated in the USA holding two graduate degrees, masters of science in contract management and procurement, masters of business administration and Diploma in Negotiation at Harvard Law School with much of his work involving investment, negotiations, and management.

Mr. Keita has advised numerous foreign investors particularly international investors and business developers, concerning the legal and political risk of contemplated investment in areas of high yield and risky project, where the local law poses potential problems for foreign investors, and the means of mitigating such risks, He has also advised various foreign official concerning the attraction of foreign investment and the treatment of foreign investment under international law. He has assisted the various local enterprise to attract foreign investment in such sectors as construction, oil and gas, mining, telecommunication, heavy industry, infrastructure, wastes management, and tourism.

FOREIGN INVESTMENT AGREEMENT. Mr. Keita has advised and represented foreign investors and foreign officials in the negotiation and administration of numerous foreign investment agreement. These agreements have included petroleum development agreement, concession agreement, mining development of tourism project, and agreement for the construction and operation of industrial facilities. Keita has also worked with investment advisory firms, investment banking firms and private equity firms to arrange to finance for the foreign investment project in various sectors including oil and gas, telecommunication, heavy industry, and tourism.

Mr. Keita partners have included such foreign investors as Coudert Brothers, LLP Washington, CCC, pioneer steel building Canada bon villa Barbados as well several small companies.
