His main responsibility is reaching out to most community leaders to make sure there is a balance representation within the African communities during nominations. he is also responsible for announcing Award nominations, coordinating the headcount of total award recipients and make sure the awards are produced before the day of the award. He also sees into it that every presenter, artists, and guests have promotional flyers made.
