GIOSTAR is in process of opening dedicated stem cell treatment hospitals worldwide in many different countries including the USA, India, China, Thailand, Dubai, Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Cambodia, Turkey, Colombia, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, and the Bahamas. Honorable Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi has inaugurated GIOSTAR’s state-of-the-art, world’s first, dedicated stem cell treatment hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat State, India in July 2011. GIOSTAR has built four private stem cell treatment hospitals in India and three in Mexico. GIOSTAR under the leadership of Mr. Patel is in charge of developing a stem cell transplant program for four different State Governments in India with a total population of approx. 155 million. GIOSTAR, in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, India, the world's largest state-of-the-art Stem Cell Treatment Hospital is taking shape in Surat Civil Hospital Campus. The four State Governments in India with help of GIOSTAR’s stem cell science are preparing to treat the large, poor populations in India suffering from sickle cell anemia and thalassemia. GIOSTAR is in negotiations with several countries' public and private sectors to start stem cell transplant programs at ten different locations. GIOSTAR is involved in helping a few world Governments to develop stem cell program policies in their respective countries.

Under the leadership of Mr. Patel, GIOSTAR is in process of taking 6 companies public build upon GIOSTAR stem cell advanced stem cell technology platform.

As a Cofounder of African Dream Big Corporation established in 2021, with the vision of nation-building starting with Guinea and other African countries, we are planning to develop infrastructure and real estate projects, advanced healthcare and education system for masses, innovative agriculture practices, AI-related technology implementation, and import quality manufacturing sector.

Mr. Patel has served as the CEO, President, and Board of Directors in highly comprehensive industries such as Healthcare, Stem Cell Research, Architectural, General Construction, Alternative Energy, and Multifaceted Internet industries. Mr. Patel has served as the President of the Federation of India Associations San Diego (FIA-SD) Mr. Patel has also served in key positions of several public and private organizations such as GIOSTAR Foundation, Asian and Pacific American Coalition (APAC), Asian Business Association, Cambridge Companies, Reality Changers, Global Organization of People of Indian Origin. He has also served as Vice President of the newly formed San Diego United Lion’s Club.

Mr. Patel has served as the founding President of Asian and Pacific American Coalition (APAC) representing San Diego API communities from nine Asian countries and spearheaded its efforts in 2011 at San Diego City Hall to create the new 9th City Council District in the City of San Diego to be an Asian Pacific American influenced district, first time in the history of San Diego through the redistricting process.

Mr. Patel’s life work has been honored by several prestigious awards around the globe. He was honored with USA Congressional Recognition for his efforts in spreading the advancement of stem cell science around the world. He was also bestowed upon Asian Heritage Award for his business leadership in the field of stem cell science.
