Nusulah Nalule Busulwa Born and raised from Uganda (The pearl of Africa) Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Executive Director of Nashton Initiative Inc. Nashton Initiative Inc. is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth in disinvested Black communities. With a mission to provide access to stable housing, mental health resources, mentorship, education, and career pathways, Nashton Initiative Inc. works to create a safe space where youth can thrive. By fostering cultural competence, promoting talent, and equipping young individuals with leadership skills, the organization aims to develop successful leaders and responsible citizens. Serving Black, immigrant, and underserved youth, Nashton Initiative Inc. is committed to breaking barriers and ensuring equitable opportunities for the next generation.
since 2021. Am a mother. Am drawn towards kids and youth since growing up until now, and that encouraged me some much to start the organization to promote culture amongst kids and youth and promote talent as most immigrants' parents are challenged with time for these activities and we need to teach our little ones of who we are and where we come from.
